About Me

Organized Chaos - These are the two words I would use to describe me and my work. As a natural introvert, I thrive in solitude. However, when I do run into someone like minded (nerdy, over-thinker, distractible, confused and indecisive STEM lover and art-hoe who is still waiting for her Hogwarts letter), I love life. It gets magical. I am a student by the day, artist by the evening and a programmer by weekends.

Throughout all these versions of me : Ananya- the student, Ananya- the sportsperson, Ananya- artist, Ananya- coder, I realized that Ananya the manager is influenced and modeled by wrong role models. This is an online journal of my journey to become a better manager.
